Goji Berry Salad
Instructions:
In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, freeze-dried Goji berries, crumbled cheese, and toasted nuts.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and honey. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
Goji Berry Smoothie Bowl
Instructions
Combine the frozen mixed berries, frozen banana, almond milk, and GojiLife Freeze-Dried Berries in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl. Top the smoothie bowl with freeze-dried Goji berries, sliced almonds, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and fresh fruit as desired. Serve immediately.
