Our tinctures can be taken straight or with a drink of your choice. Allowing the tincture to absorb under your tongue for few minutes is the fastest way to get the benefits, but for those that do not enjoy the potent taste, there is no loss in benefit when combined with other foods or beverages. Our freeze-fried berries can be eaten on their own, combined with trail mix, used as a cereal or oatmeal topper, and so much more. We recommend a serving size of between 20-40g. Our Recipes page has a few recommendations with tons more coming soon.

Their newer crops in Washington State will be Certified Organic by July 2024, which completes their mandatory 3-year certification period per-field. All of their plants and all of our products are Non-GMO, as well as OU-Kosher Certified.
